I only attended the CUDA work shop and honestly I now regret missing the rest of stream 2.
The instructors were really knowledgeable.
The instructors did mention that this was supposed to be a 2 day course and it showed. Although it was compressed it was still great. The hands on exercise was great. Although we didn't have enough time to finish it, they understood that and was not part of the original plan.
I still got a lot out of this and encourage anyone who wants to learn, come to this before even downloading the cuda linux drivers.

I went to the summer school at UOttawa. It's substantial and I learnt a lot during this week.

Needs more hands on exercices. It's difficult to follow several consecutive hours of lectures.

I went to the stream 1 of the summer school. It is an excellent experience for me that I've learnt several interesting topics.

I have attended 3 courses of stream 2 this year. They are very useful courses since I noticed that most of my codes can be optimized by the tools and methods introduced in class. I will recommend any student who is using C and C++ to attend this summer school.
